Highly Recommend Parsons Graham & Day for your legal needs. We are out of state and had no problems taking on our case. I called around to a handful of lawyer offices to find the right one. Most all of them told me their costs and had no interest in hearing my problem. When I called Parson Graham & Day, Elizabeth the secretary answered the phone, she was so friendly and didn't throw cost down my throat, I began to tell her what we were dealing with. She listened she let me cry on the phone with her as i told her what we were dealing with she got me on the phone with Isaiah Parsons that day! He also heard me out and said he would be happy to take on our case, not having met with us or what kind of people we were. We drove 3 hours for our meeting and he was rea and easy to talk to. After a handful of months waiting on the state to figure their crap out..... Our case was dismissed! I highly recommend this law firm! working with them literally changed our life!

Isaiah Parsons was so helpful with my daughter’s case. She had some legal issues during a mental health crisis and he stepped in and was able to get her charges dismissed. He was vey kind and communicative. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend the entire Legal team at Parsons, Graham &Day . I would like to take a moment and briefly describe my experience. When I walked into the office full of emotion , confusion, and doubt I just knew I was at a loss. Watching my child go through something so horrific was so terrifying. After many tears and long deep breaths , Mr. Parsons stood by our side the entire time . He listened, he acknowledged, and took charge. The amount of hard work and dedication that he displayed was impeccable . Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! Mr. Day has been diligently working on another case of mine. First and foremost, if your child says a man is a "monster," believe her. Matt Day IS a monster. I have evidence and a judge agreed. He refuses to talk to opposing counsel and has his poor paralegal do it. She has mini breakdowns because HE is supposed to talk to attorneys, not her. He lied to a judge who was going to sanction him and he quit and the judge wrote in his approval to withdraw that it was based on "representation in hearing" meaning he was so awful, disrespectful, lied and refused to give paperwork to the Opposing Counsel that was already 75% prepared by another attorney. Matt Day screamed and had a narcissistic temper tantrum when confronted several times with his choice not to do paperwork on time AND treated the judge with complete disrespect. The fact that he is allowed to have anything to do with young women and children is egregious. I see him as a predator and not just an awful attorney, but a spiteful little creepy crawly. And Charles Graham seems to have quite a crush on him. Keep your kids away. Parsons is obviously a gambling addict to embezzlement will be happening if it isn't already. Also, know that it is your right to record every conversation you have one to one with anyone in Oklahoma. This includes your attorney during phone call or in person. Find an attorney who runs a one person office and talks to you personally without using paralegals. They are more honest, not any more stupid and you at least get to tell them what you want them to know because these attorneys do not listen to their paralegals at all.

Matt Day has been very supportive for my difficult case, and has really gave me the confidence I needed in the courtroom, when I originally felt hopeless!

If you are experiencing any child safety concerns with the non custodial parent alienating you from you child or hiding them without a custody order Matthew Day and his legal team helped me find my child and I’ve never been so thankful! Highly recommend his law firm for any family law concerns you may have or be experiencing. He’s responsive attentive and really cares for his clients. When you need a strong person in your corner let him help fight the battle for you. He’s a pit Bull and goes the extra mile for the child’s best interests. Highly recommend.

We will never use them again. They took our money and Matt Day ghosted us. He did not do what we agreed upon. Now, 5 months later, he is billing us more and still hasn’t fulfilled our agreement. Just to get a status update takes numerous calls and emails to get a response. The response has always been that they are gonna get to it. We will be turning him into the Bar Association.

Matt Day helped with my custody case and his paralegal Kassidy. It’s my first time ever having to use a lawyer and I would say it went pretty smoothly. Kassidy took the time to take any calls or text I had on a daily and seen to it what I asked had been answered and executed. She also took the time to call after court hearings and check on me personally. Matt made sure to listen to what I said and fight for what he believed to be the best solution. Would recommend.

I honestly have to say that going through this process was scary. I had another lawyer that wasn't that great so I was honestly scared. Matt and Kasady Especially made this process super easy. They have went above and beyond my expectations. My daughter has went to their office with ne a couple of times and the just love her and fight for her like she is one of their own. I can't thank Matt and Kasady enough for everything they've done and are doing. 10/10 would recommend.
