Cliff is a superb lawyer generally. He is a true expert in all areas of tax law. He\'s the go-to guy for anyone with questions about or problems with taxation.

I'm self employed in construction (a combination the IRS finds exceptionally nefarious apparently) and during the first phone interview I had with my auditor I was accused of hoarding cash under the mattress. Without any substantiation, she decided I had a $100,000 tax bill. She was rude, demanding and hostile. After a handful of sleepless nights, I hired Cliff Ribner. I read the first letter he sent to the auditor and knew I had hired the best! My initial tax burden of $106,000 turned into a couple thousand dollars. He's a great attorney.

Clifford Ribner is the best. After years of being hassled by the I.R.S. with collection letters and even having them show up at my door, I hired Clifford to help me figure it out. The amount was astounding and I couldn't imagine being able to repay it in my lifetime. He quickly discovered that I was not liable for the amount due in any way. The letters have stopped. Oklahoma Tax Commission was also garnishing my wages and that has ceased as well. It's much easier to sleep at night!

Cliff got me through a tough situation. He met with me and the IRS agent personally to work out our problem. He then met with my accountant to clarify some issues that when brought to her attention, she was given information from Cliff that helped her tax planning for me and other clients. The IRS was trying to bully us and making up there own facts. We hired Cliff and he has done a great job of pointing out to them that he understands the laws and rules that they must abide by. We are in appeal at this time . Cliff has the IRS knowing they have stepped out of bounds, and they are trying to figure out how to get out.
