On October 2, 2024, Bank of Oklahoma Financial, or BOKF, terminated my employment based on allegations that were discriminatory, illegal, and lacked merit, causing harm to my personal health, professional reputation, and prematurely ending my 20-year mortgage industry career. During the October 2, 2024 meeting, I informed all parties that the conversation was being recorded due to BOKF's failure to assist me after I filed a complaint against the SVP of BOKF for retaliation and discrimination. Given the circumstances, the Human Resources representative declined to provide the reason for my termination and instead presented me with a Settlement Offer, which I rejected on October 09, 2024, and submitted a Counteroffer. On October 15, 2024, I engaged the services of an attorney to assess the counteroffer, as the BOKF Human Resources Representative advised that the original Settlement Offer had to be signed by October 23, 2024, and that failure to receive the signed documents by that date would render the agreement unenforceable. My attorney reached out to Erica, the FDLaw representative for BOKF. Despite FDLaw's refusal to provide updates on the case's status, BOKF initiated unauthorized transactions into my personal bank accounts, implying acceptance of an unknown offer due to their consistent lack of guidance or information while I was employed. My attorney's attempts to obtain information from FDLaw were also unsuccessful. Due to FDLaw's unresponsiveness and unauthorized handling of my personal bank accounts, I requested that my attorney terminate our client relationship on November 29, 2024. On December 02, 2024, my attorney informed Erica that she would no longer be representing me. On December 4, 2024, I contacted Erica via email, providing two options to settle the case without filing a legal claim, with a final deadline of December 24, 2024, for receiving the final pay. As of today, there has been no information provided regarding the unauthorized use of my bank accounts. I require clarification on this matter and demand the final payout to my counteroffer immediately. The conduct displayed by FDLaw and BOKF is a grave departure from professional standards. In response to BOKF and FDLaw's continued disregard for my rights, I am filing this complaint. I aim to determine whether FDLaw would prefer that I seek redress through the courts to address this issue, as I am steadfast in my determination to uphold my rights and will not settle for less.

Do not use this con artist unless you want to be ripped off. $550 an hour for loan documents. Terrible attorneys charging rates like they are good attorneys which they are not. $550 an hour? Hire a competent attorney for less.

Why are people writing reviews about this law firm that apparently have nothing to do with the law firm, with experience as an actual client, or even with law?

Capable, talented law firm. Frankly, one of the best in the country.

Terrible chairman of the board of University of Tulsa. Ignored faculty input, appointed incompetent leaders, and overlooked alternative opportunities for financial savings. His apparent expertise in organizational restructuring doesn't translate into practice as the TU new commitment was a disaster. Many grad programs no longer exist, campus faculty are demoralized, and the trajectory of TU is quickly falling downhill. The best faculty have departed the university leaving TU a hollowed shell of its former glory.
