I contacted Howard about a contractual agreement. He was able to quickly understand it, reveal it's deficiencies, and recommend ways to correct the situation. I'd definitely have Howard look over complex legal documents. It will save you a lot of headache. Highly recommend Mr. Berkson!

I was a little hesitant on hiring an attorney from many states away, but I had no other option. From the first conservation I had with Howard, I felt completely at ease. From here on out, I knew my case would be handled the way it should be. I just consulted with Mr. Berkson based on his other excellent reviews. The issue was about a new car that was driven after the purchase date and before its delivery. He answered his phone in the car, and we had some bad service between us. I explained my situation briefly, and he paused to ask many questions, and continued to call me back if we dropped calls. He immediately gave me digestible perspective of the situation and his immediate timeline of events. I have yet to proceed further, but this initial impression was fantastic, after calling a few others cold, this was by far the best experience.
