I contacted Howard about a contractual agreement. He was able to quickly understand it, reveal it's deficiencies, and recommend ways to correct the situation. I'd definitely have Howard look over complex legal documents. It will save you a lot of headache. Highly recommend Mr. Berkson!

I was a little hesitant on hiring an attorney from many states away, but I had no other option. From the first conservation I had with Howard, I felt completely at ease. I just consulted with Mr. Berkson based on his other excellent reviews. The issue was about a new car that was driven after the purchase date and before its delivery. He answered his phone in the car, and we had some bad service between us. I explained my situation briefly, and he paused to ask many questions, and continued to call me back if we dropped calls. He immediately gave me digestible perspective of the situation and his immediate timeline of events. I have yet to proceed further, but this initial impression was fantastic, after calling a few others cold, this was by far the best experience.

Mr. Berkson takes the time to sit down, contemplate, analyze and really decipher all options and angles to utilize for his cases. He often uses out of the box approaches for his clients. One of the many reasons I chose to use Mr. Berkson, he doesn't come across jaded, yet he comes across hungry, ready and willing to fight for justice. He's worked on a multitude of cases for me thus far, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The city tried to raise the value of our property an additional $36,000. Mr. Berkson was able to protest the amount and our taxes remained the same. During the informal protest meeting he brought up issues they could not argue with and sometimes agreed.

I was in a car accident and had nerve damage from a ruptured disc. Howard was able to guide me through the rather intimidating process of receiving payment for my injuries. He was able to negotiate with the insurance company, as well as doctors providing care to me. I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. Howard was able to communicate through all mediums; text, email and phone, whatever worked best for me to have privacy when I was at work. I was able to ask many questions and Howard would patiently explain anything that I did not understand in my terms. He was very knowledgeable about my entire claim and was able to negotiate on my behalf to the insurance company. I would not have been successful in gaining the money I needed for future care without Howard. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Berkson did two leases for me. One was a pasture lease and one was for cropland. He seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and made sure my interests were covered. Both leases were signed with minimal changes. I would use Mr. Berkson again if the need arises.
