After being married for 9 years and having children togeather. I had to make the difficult decision to file for divorce and this for me was not easy but definitely needed to be done my marriage was NOT healthy. I needed an attorney and team on my side to help me get through this rough time and who could TRULY understand what I had went through. Jeff Hendsleys team has done and continue to do an AMAZING job on helping me! When I havent understood something they have took there time to explain it to me. My divorce has been a struggle and lengthy yet Jeff Hendsley and his team have continued to help me and my children in fighting for the best interest for us and getting things done! They TRULY do care about you as an individual and treat you with respect. I needed this I needed someone I could trust in fighting on my side. As a mother with children involved who was coming out of a toxic relationship and having many things to over come in this divorce. Three years ago, I was facing a custody battle for my 3 year old son. I had just learned about what his mother and her significant other were involved in. My son was looking at a future that would put him in the home of a Methamphetamine addict and drug dealer. I contacted Jeff, and he was able to retain me and establish an emergency custody that ultimately led to full custodial rights. This is a BIG change as a general rule of thumb for fatherly custodial rights. It is the little things that speak volumes about this legal team. The secretary watched over my son while I met with Jeff, and another assistant watched him while we met for the Emergency Hearing, shortly after. If it wasn’t for his timely involvement, it is terrifying to think where my son would be today. Thank you Jeff, and thank you to the entire Hensley team.

Don’t listen to any reply from this scheister. I had a high dollar divorce case, and Hensley and his co-Attorney (Julie Henson) did EVERYTHING they could to drag this out forever. Julie Henson was the ex wife’s attorney. One postponed pre- trial conference after another. Asking the same questions over and over again in discovery. Questions I answered more than once It actually felt like MY lawyer was working for the other side. Hey, whatever keeps the cash registers ringing, eh Jeff?
