Mark was an absolute life saver for us! He is hands down the best attorney we have ever worked with! He did what other attorneys told us couldn’t be done!! I have been, in a criminal case in Tulsa county for what would have been 4 years on December 31, 2017. It had been dismissed once on August 17, 2016 and refiled, as a larger charge on August 17, 2016. On January 19, 2017 I was given a bond reduction and released from being incarcerated on GPS monitoring. I was informed that I would need to retain a private attorney. I spoke with my public defender and she gave me three names but spoke very highly of Mark Cagle and Stephen Lee. She said, both were great attorneys and highly respected in the courts. I spoke with Mr. Cagle and Mr. Lee, after they negotiated a fair amount to retain them. I hired them to come into my case and on March 13, 2017, they entered the court room on my behalf.Mark and Stephen both impressed me immediately. The DA had made a plea offer of 30 years and it had been there from the start of the new case. As we moved through the final weeks before trial. We had found many things in the case in our favor and also some not so much. As we entered the last week before trial the DA offered me a new plea. Mark discussed it with me but it was still unacceptable and we decided to make a counter plea.The Sunday evening before the trial. I received, a call from Mr. Cagle saying the deal was accepted. Putting a end to this 4 year nightmare. Though, a finding of innocent would have been preferred, due to the findings of evidence or lack of, we could not insure a certainty of victory. I have always and still today declare I am innocence but the chances of not being able to convene the jury was there. Making, it a gamble with a outcome that could fall either way.The risk was high and the plea seem much safer. In the plea I never had to confess guilt to crime that I knew, I was the intended victim in! Thank you, Mr. Cagle and Mr. Lee!!!

Hands down best attorney in the state. He worked with me on funds and helped me 10 times fold with my issues. Mark was always so prompt on returning/receiving calls.
