Charles Kania defended me in an assault & battery case. Not only did he successfully defend me and was professional, courteous and prompt though out this whole ordeal but he treated me as if I was family.

Ima say this.. you guys u guys took my money it was ok in the beginning.. i hade Zach as my lawer for my disability and i got denied.. my fault i guess?? So it went to federal court and they said they dont do.where's my money

So I don’t recommend this place at all . He pretty much took my 400 that I put down for bankruptcy and did nothing but use foul language at me and told me I would not get my money back when he did nothing. You lied to me you didn’t do if work at all on my case you took my money and lied your a crooked lawyer is what you are and get away with it. You absolutely did nothing on my case but write a receipt for my money.

Had some questions gets straight to the point and doesn't waste your time.

It became obvious this law firm did not care about helping me obtain legal guardianship of my new born daughter. They did care about taking as much money as possible while being completely unable to help me. I had a unique case involving 3 different states. I was assured they could help me, would be the primary state involved, and they knew exactly how to move forward. This was proven false. The "research guardianship" Charge for 400 dollars (I thought they were the expert?) as well as Oklahoma ultimately having no jurisdiction on the case, in fact if I would have followed their advice I would have tripled the my costs. When I contacted them regarding the 1200 bill where they drew up a standard paternity document, I was told "that's the way it is" When I wanted to discuss further I was told I would receive a call back. I will let you all know when they bother to get back in touch with "their client" The response received baffles me. I have my daughter and once I filed in the correct state I got everything done for 1100. (Thats cheaper than this lawfirm who only wrote up 1 document) My issue is; at no point did Kania lawfirm tell me they didn't or wouldn't have jursidiction. So when I originally called and explained my case it was either ignorance or malice. Either way they got paid.
