Victor has helped me on several cases with great results every time. Most recently, I contacted him about a matter that I did not expect to be his area of expertise, but he was able to offer some guidance, and that guidance resulted in my being able to convince the opposing party to drop the case before an official suit was actually filed.

I contacted Victor R. Wandres after receiving a threatening phone call where someone posing as a debt collector was demanding payment. This so called "account manager" had a case number and played the part well. I was threatened with lawsuit papers if I didn't pay within 72 hours. Somehow this person had just enough details about my credit report accounts to convince me (scary). Victor worked very fast & guided me on how to call them back and verify details of a legitimate debt collector. When I asked for information, this in fact revealed that I was being contacted by scam artists. This "case manager" only had the last 4 digits of my account and could't provide many details regarding the original case. He was even reluctant to give me his last name, told me not to call again, and hung up on me! Victor saved my life. Victor Wandres empowered me to take charge of my case. He didn't receive anything from me, so this is the least I can do! I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you, Victor and team.

I didn't even know there were consumer protection lawyers out there. I didn't end up having to hire him, but after I consulted with him, he helped me check and make sure a debt collection wasn't effecting my credit, and check to make sure that a debt collector had dropped a case against me on a debt I had already paid.

I had a company contact me claiming to be a collection agency trying to collect on a debt that is 10 years old when the statute of limitations is 5 years, they said if I didn't settle they would take me to court to try and scare me, I contacted Victor and he determined that it was most likely a scam, He helped lift a weight off my shoulders!!!

All of the sudden, I had phone calls after phone calls at my work from this old cell phone company saying I owed them money. The calls at my work were ridiculous! A little after that, a credit collection was on my credit report. After sending a message thru his company website, Mr. Wandres contacted me right away. He is so acknowledgeable! He explained which were my rights and exactly how to deal with these people. With his help, the collection was removed from my credit and the calls stopped. I highly recommend him to anyone who's been harassed by a debt collector!

While preparing to move from a home I had a monitored alarm system installed in, I contacted “sleazy alarm company” and was told that I could be let out of my contract if the family purchasing my home were to take over my contract, which they agreed to do. The alarm company then began an entirely new contract with the purchasers of my home and attempted to collect my contract in full as unpaid. The alarm company tried to collect on two contracts for the same home! I fought the alarm company on this and didn’t hear anything for a long time, but it hit my credit report about 5 years later. I found Mr. Wanders on the internet and decided to ask if there was anything I could do to get the bogus collection off of my credit report. Mr. Wanders was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, as well as prompt, easy to talk to and very genuine. I never paid Mr. Wanders or contracted with him because the help and advice he provided allowed me to solve the issue on my own. He generously shared his knowledge by email and over the phone. I followed his instructions exactly and the bogus collection was immediately removed from my credit report. I only have good things to say about Mr. Wandres. Thank you!!
