Due to being knocked off my bicycle by a motorist on a pedestrian crossing and tearing my rotor cuff and biceps tendon in the process and the motorist not even apologizing I reached out to Frank Frasier by phone and explained my situation. He went out of his way that day even though he said he wasn’t really dressed in lawyer attire only had jeans and a T shirt on he would like to meet with me and talk about how he could help. I was super stoked once meeting him and listening to the next steps to take. I signed a contract that day for him to be my Attorney and have been so thankful that he has represented me. Frank did everything he said that first day and we ended up getting the settlement I wanted the whole process was very simple and stress free. I called to get information on a possible case and Frank is the one I talked to. He was just flat out rude. Couldn’t get off the phone with me fast enough. I used them for another case Jim was my lawyer for that one and he was very respectful. I won’t be calling them again or recommending them to friends or family.
