I am a practicing attorney and have known both Catherine Welsh and Jim McGough for many years. They each have a sterling reputation, and, having worked with them, I know them to be top quality, experienced attorneys. They are the attorneys I would call on if I needed assistance.

Catherine was my attorney when I had no where else to turn. I was unfamiliar with what I needed to have in place to protect my children, should something catastrophic happen. Very pleased with the firm's service and was a great fit for my needs.

As a bail bonds man, I have a lot of attorneys that I sent clients to. Even though Armstrong & Vaught aren't criminal attorneys, I have still sent several clients over to them for employment issues. Every single client I've sent over to them have hired them, all with excellent results. I have to say that the attorneys and everyone at the firm is always professional and always ready to help. About two years ago, I had a large truck from a large business t-bone me downtown. After I got out of the hospital and felt like dealing with the whole problem, I quickly found out that I needed a good attorney because the insurance company and the company who's driver hit me were being jerks. I had no car, couldn't work, and neither of the companies gave a crap. I was basically told they weren't going to do anything unless I had an attorney. Fine. I called several in town and after the third firm I called, I finally got a hold of Mr. Armstrong here. He quickly was able to lay out what needed to be done and what type of time frames and money we were looking at - all over the phone. Every other attorney I talked to wanted me to come in and talk to them, weeks out, and I really needed someone that could help get this going quickly. It didn't take long, maybe a few months, and we had answers from the insurance company as well as the company who's driver hit me. While it did take a while to get things finished, it wasn't because Mr. Armstrong drug his feet - it was all the insurance company. Finally, this is all said and done, everything is back to normal for me and I am really impressed with the overall job that Mr. Armstrong did for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that's needing help with a car accident, especially if it's dealing with a hateful insurance company. He's happy to help you and talk with you instead of just trying to get you into the office and get money before he tells you anything that you can do. Call him first. He's excellent.

We hired Chris Vaught to help with an employee/military discrimination case back in 2010. When we did, we had no idea the amount of work, the time, the effort, and the mess that the whole case would be. However, Mr. Vaught went above and beyond every single time to ensure that we were always prepared, always in the loop. He put in countless hours, dug through thousands of emails and documents, and put in more time than we would have ever expected on our case. Mr. Vaught went up against a large corporation with slick, expensive attorneys and beat them at every punch. We won our case in a federal court setting and Mr. Vaught was simply brilliant in the courtroom. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an attorney to deal with any type of employment case, or any other type of case that he handles. Simply put, Mr. Vaught is an awesome attorney. On top of that, everyone in his office that we have had the pleasure of meeting or dealing with was also extremely friendly, professional, and always made us feel right at home. Hopefully, we'll never need an attorney again, but if we ever do - this is who we'll call. Don't deal with anyone else. Mr. Vaught is all you need when it comes to employment cases.
