I retained Mr. Bundy to help me through my divorce. I do not feel I had a terribly difficult case but it was a very trying time for me. In regards to Mr. Bundy he was very professional, detailed, quick with responseiveness, and to my surprise, also kind and caring. I felt I was well informed on the divorce process. Much of my case was also managed by Mrs. Danya Bundy and she was thorough, attentive, proficient, and compassionate. I also communicated with Ms. Valentina and she was great to work with as well. They use a collaborative approach and I was pleased with everyone I interacted with. They use email and phone to communicate so you rarely need to go by the office. I would highly recommend Bundy Law office to a friend. Hopefully I don’t ever need a lawyer again but if I did I would go back because I trust their counsel!

Presented with the threats on my life, Danya was baffled, unconcerned, and judgemental. I was afraid of the threats to my life and well-being, but a consultation resulted in no plan or advisement in recourse. Disagree all you want, but this is my experience. Setting fire to $300 could have provided me more utility and comfort than the consultation. Perhaps your time is better spent responding to emails of a scared person whose money you just took, rather than a prompt response to a google review. Your response is disgusting. Produce the ‘transparent’ policy you’ve referred to—what documentation have I signed acknowledging that you’d ghost immediately after the check cleared? There was nothing signed, no plan, no options given—simply a charge to my credit card. Apologies for offending your sensibilities with the hard fact that health care providers can be targets—and were in Tulsa the very day I sought your help—and continue towards me to this day. Congrats on your confidence in handling the case; competent counsel and judges completely disagree, and you’d do well to take a hard look at how you’re doing business rather than hustling to conflate your self image on a ‘public forum’. I stand by my assessment that you do bad business and handled my situation very poorly as a human. Feel free to communicate with my email address rather than generic postings, and if you’ve the temerity to do so, we’re not on a first-name basis. Do better.

I scheduled an appointment with Danya Bundy on 6/1/22 to help address threats made against my life. Later that day, 3 of my colleagues were shot to death at our workplace. I emailed Danya to help with resolving the threat the next day, and received no response even weeks after the fact. I feel so duped for paying $300 for a consultation with someone who could not be bothered to even respond to an email. Congrats on taking my money.

Arron Bundy - Family Law -opportunist - dishonest - unethical -THIEF - look at your bills! Absolutely Run - This man is both incompetent and shady. was repeatedly taken advantage of by this attorney for years. He was late for court almost every hearing, which caused us to have to wait an additional hour before we could get acknowledged and have a place to be heard by the judge- but always billed for that hour. Aaron would often schedule several clients for the same times in court, in different court rooms, and I assume billed all clients, like he did me, for the entire time he was a the court house that day. In one four month period Opposing counsel missed court dates / appearances on 4 different occasions, often “with no call / no show” and although Arron Bundy billed me for each occurrence - he refused to try to take any action, which would compel the opposing counsel to the next court date, or to hold him accountable. The higher cost than the financial impact was to the relationship with my children and how they were effectively used. I often wondered if he was involved in manufacturing controversy- as a soul means of generating “more billable hours”. When I finally was awarded a judgement against my ex-wife for attorney fees, the judge decided that I was only allowed about 1/3 of the fees I had paid, because my attorney had severely over billed me. The icing on the cake was three fold- the judgement was written incorrectly (respondent / petitioner were reversed, so it was signed by the judge to reflect that I owed my ex-wife for the $2400 judgement that I had been awarded. Aaron Bundy refused to correct the clerical error that was of a draft he had written. I was very upset and wrote a complaint to the Oklahoma Bar Association- which they responded to in one day, indicating that he had not ethically done anything wrong. The kicker was that he responded to the bar inquiry several weeks later - with lies and half manipulated truths. In Summary- You wEILL get fleeced and taken advantage of By Aaron Bundy- after retaining other counsel I came to learn that Arron Bundy’s incompetence and dishonesty is a well known fact around the legal circles. Do your family Do not become a victim of this attorney- and if you have fallen prey to this man / Look at your detailed billing and you will probably see.
