Solid guidance and easy to understand breakdown of my situation!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend RC Law Group!!

I called the RC Law Group to schedule a consult about forming an LLC. I was able to speak with Ryan on the phone without going through a bunch of automated screening prompts. He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helpful right from the beginning of our conversation. I expected a tight lipped conversation where someone just wanted to get us booked to come in, but it was nothing like that. Ryan was honest, helpful, professional, and transparent about what we needed and what our next steps should be. Used Grant Brown for mediation and there were things he discussed with the other side that he NEVER brought up to me, then added those things to the mediation agreement. When we asked to see the ZOOM meeting recording to verify that they were never brought up.. well he never recorded it. VERY frustrated!!
