Very disappointing we hired them for a private adoption. Very simple the mother was willing to sign over rights. It's been three months since we went to court was granted the adoption and not fighting the firm for the final decree paperwork. We can't get it from them for whatever reason. No one will call us back and when we do get through to them they just give us the runaround. I'm ready to go hire an attorney just to sue them for my paperwork.. They are not professional.

Terrible! This law firm is a nightmare! You will lose your child and your case if you hire this law firm. They will not fight for you. They are very lazy. they will give into the other parties lawyer to often, They will not file motions that you ask. They will not answer phone calls. This is all a tactic to keep things drag on and you repeatedly calling so they can continue to suck your money I will retain another lawyer! Do not hire this law firm. A good lawyer is hard to find Take my review into consideration ignore these fake company postive reviews and kept looking else where.

Had a paralegal, Michael C. Taylor, try to handle my case. Took him forever to do anything and never let me know what was going on. Kept us hanging forever, wish he would have just told us to go to small claims court or something.

nyki was my the paralegal that took cared of my case. If you choose this office you will never talk to the lawyer you'll only go threw her in her convenience time. they don't call back they take a week to respond emails they charged me $2500 for my case & 2 years later I got a bill stating now I owe them $1200? what!!? if they quote me price it should stay what they said now there billing me for an additional $1200.00?! omg this is krazy! I don't recommend this law office to anyone! the worst part was them taking so long especially getting back to me they always to busy or don't answer my emails!

I've been trying to get divorced now for a year now & no success with this lawyers! thousands of dollars down the drain! when me & my baby daddy came to an agreement! Hurry up where is my divorce!

Great help with navigating court. I had no idea what to do at court, just like most people I assume, and having this amazing office their to hold my hand was a great help. Not sure what else to say besides great job, and thank you for all of your help.

I have had James handle many things for me; most recently a car accident personal injury He is extremely professional, compassionate, and his staff is very organized and "on top of the ball." I have had James handle a private court case back in 2010 and he was very prompt and knowledgeable. He would respond to my emails very quick and he always made himself available for me to call his cell phone with any questions I may have had. Not one time did I sense annoyance; and there were a lot of calls :) Regarding the recent car accident personal injury case, Kathryn Edwards handled EVERYTHING for me. Including gathering all of my medical bills, setting up appointments, and most importantly renegotiating my medical bills down; which i believe she did solely to help me out; as that part went directly into my pocket. Needless to say I was very very pleased with the amount Kathryn and James were able to negotiate and ultimately settle for my case. Everyone there is always accessible and was never once rude or cold. They were very patient with me even when my injury problems made it difficult for me to respond right away. I will be a client of James Wirth for life; for anything that may come up. I would recommend his firm for anyone looking for the "Real Deal."
