Got my bankruptcy filed in under a month ago. Everything went just as he said. You have to provide a ton of financial documents like paystubs and bank statements, but it's worth it to not owe the money anymore.

I have never been talked down to the way she talked down to me. This person is very disrespectful.

This was a very frustrating experience. I knew it needed to be done, but was ashamed that I had got myself into this situation to begin with. I just needed someone to walk me through getting it done and getting it over with. I had read many negative reviews on Joel, but I wanted to give him a chance to prove himself. Obviously, we all make mistakes. WOW were they spot on. No return calls. No keeping me up to date. No routine communication. I was like, “Are you kidding me?!” Am I getting hustled?! Finally, after one frustration after another, completely doubting my decision of choosing this guy, the court date was approaching, and like the little ground hog that comes out to see his shadow, Poof, there he was. Asking all the questions, searching all the answers, finding solutions for what I needed. After siting through several cases before mine, I realized, it’s not that my case was being put on the back burner per say. It’s that I was 1 of many he was working tirelessly to try and help. Case after case… Bam, helped. Bam, helped. Running through each case like a champ. Then when it came time for mine, there he came, shining through all the chaos. I guess I just didn’t realize, I wasn’t the only one going through such a difficult time. When it comes to getting your bankruptcy filled properly, Joel is ready for the challenge. Just keep in mind, your not his only client, you are very valuable to him, and if he is working 6 cases a day, though he Wants to get back to you in a timely manner, there is a good chance he is currently up to his elbows in paper work, and sadly, 2 days later, in the midst of his chaotic schedule, is in a timely manner.

In a series of misfortunate events I found myself with a DUI. I hadn’t drank or toked this particular day. Hired Jay and after having the preliminary hearing Jay started preparing for trial, about 2weeks from the trial date the case was dismissed! Jay is one hell of an attorney. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
