I was visiting from out of state and Jay was a great help working me through the OK Legal System.

He is the hardest working best attorney I’ve experienced. He fought extremely hard and resolved my case beyond my satisfaction.

Although my case comes to ahead March 6th it was good to know I had a cool ass lawyer that believed me and believed in marijuana. I hope to repay the dinners he took me to. In 2016, I was arrested for marijuana cultivation in Northeast Oklahoma. I immediately hired Jay Ramey and would not have considered anyone else. I received a series of traffic fines by a local PD and they took my phone as "evidence". I worked with Jay to determine what legal action I could take and what the best steps were for me to keep these things off my record and retrieve my stolen property. Jay was very straightforward and guided me to the appropriate actions and personally contacted the DA for the city to have them release my phone. Although I didn't walk away with the results I had hoped for (I really wanted to bring a suit to the PD for harassment, unprofessional conduct and theft) Jay let me know from the start that the benefits would be nil, the cost would be high, and that he was probably not the best option if that was the path of my choosing. I'm glad Jay was so forthcoming with me and didn't try to waste my time or sell his services for a lost cause.
