A good client was arrested driving through Tulsa with a bit more marijuana than "personal use" would explain. I referred him to Jay Ramey who filed a suppression motion on a bad search and the client walked. The 5 kilos unfortunately stayed with the Tulsa Police Department. Thank you Jay. You saved this guy's life.

Mr. Ramey is professional, timely and provides the total cost of representation up front which is something no other attorney did. My only error was hiring another attorney first who was previously an assistant district attorney prosecuting alleged crimes. This was a big mistake don't make it yourself.

If you know your rights, then this guy is the one to call, if you don't know your rights, then don't say anything until you give this guy a call. He's one of the leading advocates for legalization of marijuana. He's one of the strongest proponents of your fourth amendment rights. Will fight tooth and nail to uphold your rights in the courtroom. Not many attorneys will, but Jay will.

Ask Jay K. Ramey for one of his business cards, on the back of his card is a great brief synopsis of how to handle police encounters so as to not give up any of your rights or incriminate yourself. You can literally read this card to an officer to assert your rights.

Jay Ramey is a very helpful lawyer that for once is interested in his clients rights , and let's them know exactly what they are , and doesn't give you the run around ,,, I wish more lawyers would be as REAL with their clients as Jay is with his .....check him out ...I think you will be pleasantly surprised
