I can't speak on Mr. Mitchell's bankruptcy skills, but his divorce skills are sorely lacking. If you are considering retaining his service in a divorce, save yourself time and money and agree to everything the other party wants and plead with them to ask for a little more. I will reserve details for my rebuttal to the unprofessional response I'm sure is forthcoming.
