Allyson Dow is one of the best lawyers you could ask for going into a divorce case. I was being ruthlessly persecuted by my ex-wife to essentially take everything she possibly could from me. Allyson was able to help me keep turn this case around and guide me to exactly what to do. She was a very friendly and personable person that wasn't out to scam me for as many billable hours as possible but actually billed me for work she really did. She is one of the most honest, hardworking, and trustworthy lawyers I've ever worked with. My ex-wife came into the mediation DEMANDING $173,000 and we left the mediation with her getting $60,000 and not a penny more as well as ending all the other alimony I was already paying. She was also extremely patient with me while I worked on selling my rent house to raise the funds. Allyson is really a diamond in the rough with how honorable her and her whole office is. I *HIGHLY* recommend that you go with her if you want the best results on your case for the money. She pretty much saved my life in regards to this divorce case that was a total nightmare going into. I really hope I wont every actually NEED her services like this again but you can guarantee I will be hiring her if I do!

This review is for the only attorney I have used from this law firm. I can’t attest to the quality of any other attorneys work. That said, I have been through the grinder for 26 years with respect to family law. I have had 7 different attorneys in that time. I can say with no hesitation that Ben Aycock with this firm, is by far the best attorney I have hired. Although our case made it to court it wasn’t presided over due to the opposing side not even bothering showing up. Ben made sure our case was ready to argue from several different angles. I am a precise person and I was very impressed to see him show up each time with his work very organized and ready to fight. Always remember most of any good case starts with you putting the time in to help your attorney help you. If he asks for something, get it. If he needs you to do something, do it. He’ll take care of the rest in front of the mediator or judge. Out of all the attorneys out there this is an easy choice and I wish you the best of luck. Just a note, opposition in my case demanded 60k. Even threw an offer for 7500.00 back in my face at mediation. After Ben was finished working my case I paid 2500.00 to the opposing side and closed the case forever.
