I am very glad that I was recommended to Joe Norwood to represent me. My case is very stressful like most are and Joe made me feel at ease and explained everything that was happening and everything that was going to happen. I felt confident with Joe in my corner. He is very personable and is good about returning phone calls and emails. Joe doesn't get pushed around by Detectives or Fed's. One thing that is very important to me is Honesty and Joe is a man of his word.

When you walk in there is no one there, no signs, no names or suit numbers, no directory, nothing letting you know where to go. I had to check all the offices downstairs, getting the door shut in my face on one instance. Before finally making it upstairs and stumbling into his office. Once inside , he I form me his partner won't be joking us, which was about 75% of the reason I made an appointment with him. There wasn't really much direction or focus In the meeting. He just let my partners and I ask questions. There wasn't any form of procedure. Almost all the answers he gave us were uncertainties, a lot of "if's" "should be" etc. Which should have been a flag. So after a couple minutes of actually discussing what needed to be done with the contract I was there to have made. He says " I think I've got all I need". I supplied all the documents he asked for and then paid the man. The next business day then proceeds to tell me the advice he gave me was incorrect and that I probably shouldn't use the contract I paid him to draw up. No refund was given, no means of apology or trying to make it right. Just an "I'm sorry you're unhappy with the way we do business". Which is what I told him after being informed I shouldn't risk using the document . Just lousy, lazy work. I'm only sharing this so that it may help inform others to seek out different council, he is not worth it, believe me!

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe. He’s always very professional. He doesn’t lie to you and tell you what you want to hear like a lot of attorneys do. When I found Joe I was over 3 years into a federal civil rights lawsuit involving the death of my son. There were major issues with my previous trial attorney. I had to find a replacement mere weeks before an important federal court date in Denver. Joe stepped right up to help and he kept his word all the way to the end. I will always be grateful for him.
