Worst lawyers in Tulsa.

Jeff Martin does not work at this office. Jeff Martin is a franchise of firms. If you read these reviews that are positive, most are associated friend of the attorney representing the Tulsa location, Sean Johnson. Don't listen to the false commercials. Jeff Martins offices will deduct 25-50% of your settled amount. Yet the national average an attorney can bring you of an insurance claim is only 28% more than settling without legal representation. The only benefit to an attorney is if your case needs to go into litigation or before a court, which I might add is only 2% of the case in most auto accidents, 17% of work related injuries, and less than 1% of medical malpractice. Now of course, as he has in many other reviews, a representative of the Tulsa franchise firm, will try and discredit this. Let me clarify, I only inquired with my wife, never agreed to their hideous and outrageous representation contracts. Luckily we were friends with an employee, (now former), who warned us of the shadiness. Don't let the TV ads fool you, there are plenty of law firms who are honest, dependable, and more fair in their fee. Don't call a franchise, call a firm who is rooted in Tulsa.

Got a settlement for my son in just a few months. Thanks, hopefully I never have to use them again but I will if needed.

After searching desperately for an Attorney to handle my lawsuit, I was very pleased with the fact that Sean Johnson was willing to meet with me and showed Professionalism, patience and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. I made several calls and was immediately responded to each time. Leilani, amy and Hansen were always pleasant and my lawsuit was settled in a timely manner. More worried about his commercials than his clients

These guys are lazy period. They took my case did no work then dropped it. Then after I did "their" work for them then wanted me to resign..i laughed and moved on..NO STAR rating
