There policy is to Not return phone calls. I was told I didn't need to attend a hearing by one of the staff then they call me and tell me, the day of, that I need to attend. They didn't even know my first name kept calling me Dusty. Unprofessional and I regret hiring them.

I found our experience to be extremely positive. Our phone calls were returned in a timely manner, we were always made to feel important and ultimately our case was settled. Mr. Bradley and Mr. Loggin worked extremely hard to make sure our case was taken seriously, and should the need arise, we would use them again.
