I first off want to apologize for what could begin as an intentional Thankyou- but turns into a book..lol Reflect/Recap I got word that my nephew had a run in with “the Boys in Blue”. Living in Atlanta and he is in Ok- My state of worry was completely overwhelming. I was unable to get a consultation in a timely fashion in my current state- and time was of the essence. Through the entire ordeal- I believe God- would navigate me. After learning the date- my nephew was set to go to court- I reached out to my attorney who helped saved my life (Handled My Divorce) over 10 years ago. He then referred me to his colleague. Here is Where OUR lives were changed. I met Attorney Carlos Williams (after having left a message- 2..I think). We conversed over the phone. He allowed me to share a little background about my Nephew. From our conversation- through his tone and sharing briefly of his and his Partners credentials- I was Already confident of the hands We (My and My family) were in. He and his partners had already done the homework, before completing the agreement. In less than a week!!! Me- still in Atlanta- and My other family (Mother & Brother) in Arkansas- we had to think and work fast. My nephew was in a small town jail, and in my opinion was severely behind in technology. And there was No way to know their M.O. Considering the height of the issue my nephew would face; did I mention they had to travel out of town as well; Attorneys' Carlos Williams and Carla Jimmerson “Oliva Poped” the Entire Situation! My Family and I am Truly Grateful for Your Professionalism, Expeditious Response and Attention to Our Matter! Because of you- a seed has been planted. Faith has been restored. Gerald Lovoi is one of the worst excuses of a lawyer you can hire. After a year and a half of "working" on a lawsuit for me, Lovoi has yet to figure out how to serve the person we are supposedly suing, and apparently every paper he files is "lost" by the court system. Days and days go by where he does not answer his phone, and he always has a lame excuse on how his phone was out of power...FOR 3 DAYS!!! He originally thought we could sue for more money than we can, and since he found out there is less money he always seems to have another case that's more important. On top of his incompetence and/or lying, Gerald Lovoi is also a bigot, who says he has to hold his nose to work with his Muslim clients . Lovoi is either totally incompetent who realizes he has messed up this case, or he is a complete liar. Whichever it is, ihe is not what you need in an attorney.

Carlos and his staff are very friendly. They answered all questions I had. He was very help for. I will definitely call him if needed.

Incredible service, I was deeply pleased with the fluidity of this law firm and their professionalism. I will definitely be contacting them again if any legal issues arise.

If you want an attorney that's going to fight for you....Carlos Williams is the attorney you want on your team. I had all 15 of my chargers DISMISSED!!!! NO COURT COST either!!!!
