I was glad I hired Guy Thiessen and GT Law Firm to deal with the insurance company for the person that hit my car and caused me injury. Guy forced them to take responsibility and we got my claim resolved quicker than I thought.

First of all, I want to say that me and my husband are just your average middle class Americans who believe hard work is the only way to get ahead in this Life. We don't believe in such a thing as a "free ride" in this world. Driving home from work one evening I was rear ended. The lady who hit me was going pretty fast and didn't even try to stop. This wreck resulted in me losing 25% hearing in one of my ears. Even though I had documentation from a ear specialist the insurance company pretty much told me that i was lying about my injuries from the wreck. That's when we decided we needed some help to deal with this insurance company. Guy Thiessen from the GT Law firm took my case with no hesitation even though he knew it could be risky as most people don't have hearing loss from being rear-ended . He was very compassionate, very honest and very knowledgeable in the law. He kept me informed as to what was happening and explained things thoroughly (sometimes had to draw me a picture). One week before going to court we had mediation with the insurance company to see if we might possibly come to some kind of agreement. The insurance company finally accepted that my hearing loss was result of this wreck and was willing to give me a more than acceptable amount due to the preparedness and steadfastness of my lawyer. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Guy and the whole GT Law firm staff.

I hired Zach to work my Dui case. From the start Zach was honest about the expectations of the case, but optimistic he could get the best results for me. Zach got my case resolved very quickly with optimal results. He also was able to keep my license from being suspended, which was such a relief. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of dealing with a DUI charge, do not throw in the towel yet and do yourself a huge favor by calling Zack Smith! The whole process can see very frightening and daunting, but Zack made everything a complete breeze. After meeting with several attorneys in the Tulsa area, I found Zack to be the most genuine and knowledgeable.
