Attorney John Colbert has personally called and checked up on me numerous times even after I no longer needed his services. I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of everyone that works there. Even if I didn't understand what was going on, they took the time to explain in detail. I have dyslexia so I needed help with paperwork and other things and they were always willing to help me. I've referred numerous people to John Colbert throughout the years. I now consider John a friend. Also, thank you for the birthday card!

The woman I spoke to was rude and spoke to me as if I just kicked her cat. She incorrectly assumed I knew what to do and was very upset when I didn't know what she wanted from me. I will not use this firm. People who call are already ill or in pain, why add insult to injury. She needs a course in Public Service!

The worst lawyers office I have ever hired. I never get to talk to the lawyer the counselor they assigned to me always has a problem and attitude when I ask questions. I have no knowledge of what's going on. Brandy the counselor miss leads me of information. I wouldn't even give a one star for this law firm
