This is probably every law firm, but they nickel and dime you when you are in desperate times. When they are no longer making money off of you then they stop responding..don't even get me started on how impossible it is to get a hold of them when THEY owe YOU money!

Joe took a medical malpractice case with me, then a year into it, told me he couldn't be my attorney because he now works for the doctor he was supposed to be suing for me.

Hiring Joel was the BEST decision I could have made during my divorce. He’s a man of great character and integrity!! He will fight for you to get justice but does it without being vindictive and he does it with grace. My divorce was a little messy at times and Joel and his team did an amazing job for me and my kids. He helped make a horrible situation a little less horrible. I would absolutely recommend him!

Our overall experience was good. However, a year later we found something that wasn't taken care of for our chapter 7 that we filed through them. It took about a month of calling and pushing the issue to have the appropriate documentation delivered to where we needed it. Phone calls were not returned when they said they would get back to me. Emails were "supposedly" sent but were never received on my end. The receptionist was very short and borderline rude when I was simply asking them to complete what we paid them to do. Would I use them again? Only if the receptionist gets her attitude in check. I am a very humble and kind person but the lady rubbed me the wrong way.

Ron handled my bankruptcy case and it was the smoothest thing I have ever experience. He was so professional and a very down to earth and very honest person and his staff was always there when I need and even helped to direct me to find a new car DURING my case.
