I needed an attorney to help advise me with regard to a flood that occurred in my newly built home 16 days after moving into it. Keep in mind, it was an exceptional circumstance, I had 2 feet of water and a 1.5 foot heaved basement slab from hydro-force pressure. I placed a call to Mr. Humphreys in the winter of 2014. Mr. Humphreys was so kind and told me how to settle the current lawsuit we were in with our mortgage company. He literally gave me an outline of what to expect. I asked him why he was being so kind to me. He stated Mrs. Smith you may not be my client today but with the company your mortgage is with and the fact that you have successfully completed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy you will be my client. It might not be for 6 months to a year but your mortgage company will do this, this and this. Guess what happened our mortgage company did everything that he said they would and more. We hired the Humphreys Wallace Humphreys, Law Firm in December of 2015. We are still in litigation with our mortgage company but I am confident in our attorney that this will end in a very favorable way.
