Matthew Davis set my business up for success from day 1. Very knowledgeable and understood the needs of a new business owner. Davis Law was exactly what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations in all areas. He also provided me several resources including his own book on preventing stupid mistakes when owning a business. Kristin wax the lawyer I dealt with in regard to getting an LLC and she was extremely thurough and went threw every detail in detail which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend if starting a business to use Davis and kristin in particular.
