I contacted them after a bad car accident on advise from my parents - this is something I’ve never done before and complete foreign territory for me. Talked to a really sweet attorney named Andy and I felt the experience would be good initially. As the days went on there was very minimal communication, the attorney I talked to was not assigned my case and I was talking directly to an assistant over TEXT. I would call and get sent to voicemail and got no return call. I literally had to text the assistant I was in direct contact with to call me back, which she did thankfully but it really felt like my time was not important and totally unprofessional. I get being busy but this car accident was a huge stressor for me and some basic communication would’ve been nice. On top of all that, it would’ve taken weeks for the process to proceed and I was not going to have that on top of the lack of communication or courtesy so I decided to release them from my case. I initially left a two star review but I got a call from Patrick Carr himself and it showed me that he really cares for his clients and his business and even told me I could ring him if I had any questions or needed advice even though they were not representing me anymore. Though the communication aspect felt lacking and impersonal, I’m sure they do good work and have a great team.

Very positive experience. Everyone we dealt with was super courteous and brought their A+ game. We were always kept in the loop regarding what was transpiring. It was especially thoughtful that I received a get well card following my back surgery. It let me know that they were genuinely concerned and also that they were keeping close track of what was going on with my claim. Worth every penny.

There only worried about how much money they get there not here to help ppl very disapointed

My name is Jessie and was blown up by a faulty heater in the trailer I lived in due to landlord not fixing it , and I’ve had Carr and Carr working on this for a year then they sent it to adjusters and they rejected it and Rhett with carr and Carr tells me they will be getting back to me and letting me know if their lawyers will fight for me or not are you kidding me so much for fighting for you these people are not good at what they do , need to get into another profession ! Wasted my time and ruined my case and chances by leading me on , very sorry Thanks for nothing!!!
