I just want to thank the team at Carr & Carr. My son and his girlfriend were involved in a hit and run accident. Wilson, Rhett, and the entire team went right to work and were able to settle with our own insurance. They answered every question I had and always kept me informed. They are so friendly and they truly cared about my kids. It was a scary time for them and the Carr & Carr team made everything so easy. The kids were able to get the treatment they needed and they both got a great settlement. I cannot thank them enough.

Went to Carr and Carr in Tulsa after a car accident around the holidays. Met with an attorney, providing facts of the situation, and were told they did not believe we had a case. A driver struck my parent late in the evening and both were rushed to separate hospitals. Carr and Carr looked at the employment of the other driver and insurance and used that to justify not pursuing the case. They determined we didn’t have enough to pursue a criminal case and would likely never be able to receive much from a civil case based on the employment of the other party and their lack of insurance. Thankful we sought a second opinion because another attorney talked to the police officer that was on duty, performed APPROPRIATE due diligence, and sent all of the information to the district attorney. Turns out we absolutely had a case and the person now has consequences for drinking and driving and nearly killing my parent. I was wildly disappointed in Carr and Carr’s blatant disregard to hold people to justice in our community. I guess they only pursue easy cases. DO NOT USE THEM!

All they did was waste my time money and energy I regret signing them on my case all they did was drop it a few weeks later just because things aren't easy

My husband John Higgins was involved in an accident back in September of 2018. He was hit from behind hard enough to cause the frame to be damaged on the left and right side. We have never been through this before and part of the suit has yet to be resolved however, David who is located in Tulsa handled our property damage claim and was wonderful. His caring approach not only in regard to the property damage but my husband's welfare was superior. If your looking for attorneys to help you in your time of need ask for David he will take care of your property loss. It should be noted that if you are looking for help in a bodily injury incident. My husband has been in great hands with Brian and Debonae.they far exceed what it means to care for those who are injured. If you need help get in touch with these folks you will not be disappointed.

The entire team is very knowledgeable. My husbands claim was handled in a timely manner. Mr Rhett Banfield did an outstanding job. We definitely will recommend to others we are very satisfied with outcome. NilsaM
