Jason and his team of experts are helping us with our trust. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns. He is very good at what he does and asks all of the questions to put me into the best position I can be, if something happens to my wife or I.
Don’t wait to go to probate when you could take care of it now and dictate what happens in the end.
Probate will just cause issues in the long run with your family and that’s not something a responsible person would ever wish on their family.

100% DO NOT recommend Hannah Welhoff. Within a week of paying the retainer it was already gone. Told me I had a good case against my ex for custody then used nothing I have her and kept trying to get me to agree to his terms without representing what I wanted. She overcharged me for a bunch of emails she didn’t have to send. She told me he was filing one thing and it wasn’t that bad but he filed something completely different. Not sure she actually knows what she’s doing.

I have known Jason Baker for several years and he is an attorney with integrity. I say that, because attorneys can get a bad wrap sometimes. His main focus is in estate planning, oil/mineral rights along with business formation. He’s a man that knows his stuff and I have always trusted those I send his way will get taken care of.
