A very outstanding law firm !

Such a pleasant experience. Took the time to talk to me and was very nice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was suppose to have a 30 minute consultation and there was some sort of miscommunication but Paul called me 45 minutes after our scheduled time and I told him I couldn’t talk because I was almost to work he told me to give him cliff notes. He didn’t even let me have my 30 minute consultation, he didn’t give me the time to fully lay things out, and he didn’t respect that this was a very important issue to me. He told me “even if you could afford this case, you won’t win” completely insensitive and unfair considering I didn’t even get to talk to him for longer than 5 minutes. I was calling for advice not necessarily for a case but he didn’t give me a chance to fully speak. Thanks for making a hard situation even harder for me

My experience has been positive with this Law Firm. From the receptionist to the lawyer, they are very responsive and show the willingness to help. After talking with Colton, in my first consultation I feel confident that they don't beat around the bush and tell you the facts. I'm sure that if I need legal help in the future, they'll be the ones I'd call.

Go somewhere else. This law firm was rude. Raymond simply does not know how to intake a client AT ALL. It was just simply off putting, very unprofessional. He asks questions he does not want the answer to. A proper professional would save (as to remember) questions until the potential client can answer the QUESTION HE ASKED. Constant interrupting and contradictive with irrelevant logic and a pompoms mentality to think he knows what anybody is going to say. The first two law firms I spoke with about this handled the situation much better and way more of a professional demeaner. There are PLENTY of professional law firms out there that will do a better job. Just do not jump on the first. Do your research. Something else had occurred to me. Our first phone conversation Raymond told me he needed the name of the surgeon. He also said he knows all the surgeons in the area. He wanted to know the name "to make sure there was no conflict". Then our second meeting was him basically talking down to me in a demeaning and rude way, trying to convincing me to not pursue the case with irrelevant story about when he was 16!!!!!!! I found that a bit odd. He did not even let me get to the part that makes the case. Almost like he did not even want to verbally talk about it. I informed him this was not he right firm. This firm may have won some big EASY no bricks in the briefcase types of case that put them on a google rating. But if your case is not huge or extravagant. Move on else where.

An amazing law firm and people. They take the time to really listen to you and treat as if you are their most important case. They will communicate with you every step of the way and unlike most big law firms, the attorney's are easily accessible. Our case was years ago and I still recommend them to everyone, especially for difficult cases that may require litigation. Cannot recommend them enough. So grateful for Chuck and everyone there!
