Every experience I have had using Matt has been exceptional!

I had the unfortunate experience of seeking representation from Parmele Law Firm for my disability claim, and it has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. From the outset, they demonstrated a lack of regard for my client rights and failed to provide the necessary support and advocacy. Despite my clear communication about the challenges I faced, including the inability to attend appointments due to the lack of a photo ID and technical issues with my phone, Parmele Law Firm chose to terminate our client relationship. This decision not only disregarded my rights as a client but also demonstrated a failure to fulfill their obligations as legal representatives.
