They weren’t able to help me with my claim since there were no personal injury involved, but they did refer me to someone that handles insurance claim disputes on total losses. That person was top-notch and gave excellent advice. So for that I would like to thank them.

He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed regarding my case, as well as my options moving forward. First off, one of the partners called me on a Saturday within minutes of receiving the intake form I submitted on their website. Secondly, their nurse consultant called the following Monday and spent about an hour on the phone with me. Although the firm declined to represent me, I am left with a super-favorable impression.
