I met Diana on the first day of law school and have been an avid fan, (and now a client) ever since. I learned in law school that the law can be complicated and intimidating even for those who have studied it and that a person’s character will show itself. In law we often find that a person's character is just as important as their knowledge of the law and Diana shines in both. If someone needs help with the law they need to feel that the person standing up for them cares, and Diana does. Years ago I learned the hard way what it looks and feels like when an attorney takes advantage of a client. The sense of security you can have in trusting Diana is a relief worth more than I can put a price on. In school, even among our classmates Diana was admired. How she got to law school tells a lot about the woman you are going to hire, so ask her when you meet her. In class and out, she said what she meant and did what she said and if you crossed a line or she stood for something she would stand by it. In all honesty it was the rare breed of people like her that made law school an honor. As honest as I can be, I would often utter under my breath, “for the love of God, if I ever have to walk in a courtroom with her, please make sure we are on the same side of the room.” I am glad I am, and you will be as well.

Michael Staggs is amazing! So far so good. I pray after back and forth fighting for 3 years that this time what is agreed upon and or ordered will stick.

Michael Staggs was my attorney through a lengthy and messy divorce a few years ago. He was with me through mediation and all the way through trial. He was fantastic and helped me get exactly what I wanted from it. Without getting into too many personal details, he helped show the court that my ex was lying about numerous things and helped me fight for my rights as a father. Every time my ex filed a document, he was ready with a response and really helped speed up the process up by filing motions as soon as we were able to. His advice was spot on and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Edit**** Michael is still my attorney and still helping me with courts actions brought on my bitter ex. My opinion of him as an attorney, and generally as a person hasn’t changed. I have been with him for 6 years now and am grateful I found someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares enough to put in the effort.

DO NOT USE MICHAEL STAGGS! Especially if you are a father fighting for your rights to your child. He does not have your best interest or well being in mind what so ever, he tricks you into spending more money. Has poor advisement and will royally screw you out of thousands of dollars in legal fees and get you nowhere in your custody. His receptionist is completely rude! What a JOKE! Find me on facebook and I am HAPPY to give more detail on how he treated us with our family custody case. In the initial meet/interview he acts like your best friend and like all he wants to do is help you, forget it! go elsewhere, save your time and money.
