I don't generally write google reviews but I just had to in this case. I contacted Brian and a few other law firms regarding a potential land issue at my property. Brian was the first one to call back (some of the others haven't returned the call to this day). He laid out our options very clearly so that I knew the path forward in black and white. He also took the time to go over stuff beyond his office hours. Armed with his knowledge, I took care of the issue hassle free and I couldn't be happier. 10 on 10 service from Brian - he's got my unreserved recommendation and I'll surely be consulting with him on any future legal issues I have.

Recently bought a house where the seller wanted us to take the title as uninsurable or wait several months while they tried to get it insured. They had a lawyer who was trying to get us to sign all sorts of papers, not in our favor. Brian came in and in short order got them to start running all papers by him first and demanded that our title be insurable by closing or we would walk. Well, needless to say we are in our new home with an insured title thanks to Brian Huddleston's hard work on our behalf.

I'm not actually located in Oklahoma, I'm from Kansas and was having trouble getting a hold of an attorney here. I sent Brian an email and he was willing to hear me out and advise me as best he could since laws in Kansas can be different from Oklahoma. He was very professional and prompt in responding, I heard back quicker from him than I have any attorney here! I wish he was located in Wichita because I would hire him in a heartbeat.
