Ms Anna was absolutely amazing! She explained the entire process in an easy to understand way. She even replied to emails long after hours (8pm). Everything was explained up front, no hidden fees, no extra nothing. I started my process in September and my case was completed this month. If you’re considering this process, Ms Anna is definitely top notch and I highly recommend her!!

Did not turn down the case just simply advised against it and said it may not be the best route
