My wife and I were in a wreck that resulted in my wife's injuries being so severe that she had surgery. John Truskett was there for us. Made the process of dealing with insurance & medical offices effortless. The settlements were much higher than expected. John really made us feel comfortable and we were sure that he had our best interests at heart. Thanks to the entire Truskett Law team. If you are in an accident, call them first.

Met with them after an accident. They were thorough, keeping me informed and accommodating to the limitations I have due to the secure office I work in. They worked with process my employers required and within the policies that my employer has in place. They went out of their way to explain my options and to assist in choosing the one that made the most sense.
In 2 years they managed to wrap up this claim and guide me through to the eventual settlement.
