In the not to distant past I was involved in an automobile accident. Having an accident is traumatic enough on its own, then to think oh boy I now get to deal with lawyers and insurance companies, isn't that just the icing on the cake? Upon my first meeting with Mr. Truskett my nerves were immediately settled. He took the time to meet with me personally and walked me through the entire process so there wouldn't be any unexpected surprises along the way. All matters were handled promptly and professionally. I recently had a client who was rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. She didn't know what to do next, so I recommended John and his team. Even though the driver was never found, they were able to maximize her insurance benefit and she was extremely pleased.

I was involved in a multiple-car wreck and was referred to John Truskett by a co-worker. What I thought would be a simple, cut and dry no fault of mine case, turned into a 2 1/2 year nightmare brought on by the insurance companies. John wasn't intimidated and took the fight to them, and in the end got my bills paid with some money left over. John's staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
