Recently retained Mr. Johnson. Due to holidays, I had been unable to obtain representation to defend me against ex's pocketbook &/or absurd demands, accusations, etc. Eric Johnson amazed me after I left a msg w/his office desperately seeking council early Friday evening, he returned my call Saturday morning, we met to discuss my case details late Sunday night and he was still able to efficiently & effectively begin putting things to rights in court 1st thing Monday morning. He has demonstrated extraordinary care & concern not only for my legal matters, but for me, my children and our mental wellbeing. Though these litigations are far from over, I am finally regaining some hope and feel assured and confident in a positive outcome. Thank you, Mr. Johnson.

I called from out of state seeking an attorney to assist with the estate of my recently deceased parent. Mr. Hicks was initially friendly, but when he established that I was not a potential client, his demeanor changed instantly. I tried to ask for some direction, but he said he didn’t “have time for this” and hung up on me mid-sentence. The entire call lasted less than 3 minutes. People show you who they are if you pay close attention. If this is how Mr. Hicks treats people who are of no use to him, I would be wary of trusting him. I hope this helps someone when choosing who to trust with their case.
