Friend died, Albany police won't tell me anything, did open records and still nothing, then told me to ask DA & they did the same. IT'S BEEN OVER 1 & 1/2 YEARS WITH NO INTEL whatsoever!! D.A. is WORTHLESS

I have recently been charged with "Criminal Trespass 2" offense number 164.245, "Criminal Mischief 3 - Vandalism", and "Disorderly Conduct 2" offense number 166.345 by the Albany, Oregon Police Department. What I did was kick over some trash cans to wake up the naighborhood, then entered the front lawn and took down the Thin-Blue-Line flag flying there under full light and with warning of electronic surveillance on the property. I am not UNWILLING to plee, considering an Albany Police Department member came to my home, provided me with free PTSD Counselling for an hour, and informed me that he and I had both served together on one of the same Combat Deployments in Iraq, but that he also felt obligated to forward the charges to the Courts due to the fear I instilled in the wife and children occupying the residence at the time of the offense. I take personal offense at the the "criminal" nature of my act being described as my motive, when my ACTUAL motivation is that I perceive the Thin-Blue-Line banner as stealth Swastika and/or stealth Confederate flag, do to the wonton and unconstitutional systemic abuse I have recently suffered at the hands of the Marion County Sheriff's Department. I personally have extensive Military and Law Enforcement experience overseas, and was discharged as a Retired Staff Sergeant from the United States Army with a medal for Meritorious Service related to my Law Enforcement experience in Afghanistan, and with the Good Conduct medal, as well as approximately 2 or 3 dozen other mostly overseas-service related awards and have a valid Retired Army Identification with an expiration date listed as "INDEF". MY attempts to discover an e-mail line to the DA's office were met with only a phone number listed, thus my motivation for making this statement on a public platform as the alternative. My Court appearance is scheduled for December the 4th with a presumptive accumulative fine of precisely $5,000.00.
