Mario really cares! From start to finish, he was positive but honest and extremely reassuring. He handled absolutely everything, when we needed more evidence, he told us what to do and submitted it. During the interview when the officer said we were missing evidence, he said wait, it’s in there I am looking at it. He was in Oregon and we live in Florida and did everything by phone and he made everything easy. We were approved the very day of our interview.
