Absolutely supported me from start to finish. from the first call to settling up invoices, I was never confused or left without the information I needed. Divorce and the legal system are scary as hell to those of us with no clue. Having his wealth of information and experience gave me confidence that there was going to be an ending to this rough chapter in my life. Give him a call and he will get back to you if he doesn't answer immediately. I'm glad I did.

This guy doesn't care about the case, rather only about the money. Communication with him is limited at best, and he hides behind emails. You'd do a lot better finding someone who will actually learn about your case.

I first met Ben Evans in 2014; he was my divorce attorney. I’m certain that all divorces are terrible. Mine was terrible for a multitude of reasons. I am a Mama to special needs children who were also involved. This aDDs another layer of trauma and pain. However, this also necessitates engaging a family law attorney who possesses a higher level of specificity, knowledge, and emotional intelligence. My divorce wasn’t the only one that Ben was handling at that time, but he made me feel that way. I have recommended Ben Evans to other friends who have needed to go through the divorce process and they have all been very happy to have his support. Make note - this will not be inexpensive, and I’m so sorry for that. It is not the way the world should work. But, being 10 years out at this point, and knowing hindsight is 20/20, I would strongly recommend engaging a family attorney (like Ben Evans) if you are headed into a divorce. And hang in there. You got this!

Insurance adjuster for a well-known beverage company refused to pay my medical deductible after I got sick drinking one of its beverages. This was after the company admitted in writing that the beverage had contaminants in it. All I wanted was for it to take care of my deductible for having to go to urgent care.
