From the initial application, through Homeland Security, through the National Visa Center and through the Consulate inverview, and even support when we got "home," Ms. Wang helped us know and prepare for every step along the way in a professional and easy to understand manner. Victoria Norris was supposed to help me with parenting time modification, after months of waiting she hadn't done anything to help get the issue resolved and I still can't see my kids. She couldn't even take time to read the email I sent with vital info regarding case and was basically siding with the opposite party instead of taking the time to understand the facts, and then she said she had to excuse herself because she felt uncomfortable with my behavior since I said I wanted to go to the court and present the evidence I had carefully compiled(which she hadn't read so basically she was unprepared to go to court herself), I think this behavior is highly unethical!
