My husband and I recently had our Will's drawn up by Ben. He was very responsive and explained everything about the process very clearly. If I had questions, he would always promptly respond. Even during Covid, we were able to have our Will drawn up and notarized within a few days. I would recommend Ben to my friends and family.

In short, Ben Evans is the rare type of lawyer that you really can trust. He understands the immediacy of your need for counsel, practices fairly but with your best interest in mind, and has no problem taking a strong stance when needed. His rates are excellent and you get the quick, personal service that you can't get at a large firm. I would, and have, strongly recommended him to anyone I know. I had a question about a past case and Rex responded immediately, contacting a 3rd party on my behalf and resolving the issue within 24 hours of first speaking with me. Ben was a tremendous help when we met. He sat down with me, explained everything I didn’t understand and the best tactics moving forward. Legal issues are very stressful, so calming me down was not an easy feat. I really can’t thank him enough. He was personable and didn’t talk like he was above me. If I could give less than a star I would. I signed up with the modest means program meaning I am obviously on a fixed income. He had me pay a 2000 retainer and when all he did was draft a new parenting plan and file paperwork. So I paid 2000 dollars for someone to file paperwork. Then when I would have taken her to court he wanted another 2000. To keep going with the case.

If one has to go through a bankruptcy, this is the best law firm to partner with.
