Excellent, timely response .....

Ted and Rusty are fantastic to work with

They provide a service that most of us would not like to use. Having to even make the call for their services was painful. I was embarrassed, humiliated that I was in this place. I met with Ted in December and I can't say enough about how kind, and informative he was about the whole process. I did not file until a couple of months later, but I was walked through the steps with the help of Ted & Lisette. I was terrified of my hearing, but it was apparent by the conversation of the judge and Mr. Troutman that they knew each other and had a nice conversation before we got started. It's over now and I truly hope I NEVER have to go through this again, but I would say definitely to give them a call. They will make a very scary, unpleasant experience as easy as it can be under the circumstances.

One of this law firm''s statements is that they care. They certainly proved that with me. I had no idea what I was doing or what would happen when I had my first appointment. Ted Troutman immediately put me at ease and went over all of the paperwork I had submitted. He explained in detail what was needed and what the options were. Throughout the proceedings, his assistant Lisette was there to explain what I needed to provide and when. She also reassured me when ever I was nervous about something. I hired Ted when going through a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was there every step of the way even though we had issues with out of state property. He never left me hanging. Ted Troutman negotiated a somewhat difficult chapter 7 bankruptcy for me while protecting my assets with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. He also effectively negotiated with the federal attorney to keep my rights intact in an estate dispute which I believe took a high level of negotiating skill & a very good ability to work effectively with others to resolve disputes...

In January 2013, I became unemployed. I wasn't able to find work until the spring of 2014, and although through my unemployment benefits and savings I was able to continue paying my creditors to some degree, by the time I found employment, I was too far in debt to pay my way out.
