From the beginning everyone was wonderful, starting with the receptionist. I worked a bit with Candace, but mostly with Paula and both were so helpful and their willingness to ensure I understood the process made everything so much easier. I needed help getting my citizenship and they guided me on the correct forms, assisted with my many questions and I was even able to split the attorney fee into two payments. I'm proud to say I am now a US Citizen and the help from Vanderwall Immigration made this experience go smoothly and efficiently. Thank you ladies!

I had an excellent experience working with Vanderwall Immigration! Though the process for me was lengthy, they were constantly available to answer questions and tell me the next steps in the process. Anytime I had a question, I emailed Paula and received a quick response. She was very professional and approachable, but was warm and welcoming and I felt taken care of, and listened to, for my specific needs. They are amazing at what they do and I am sure they will be able to help anyone in need. I am very happy to say that because of their assistance, today, my residency was approved! I would highly recommend anyone going through the immigration process to make an appointment at Vanderwall Immigration!

I had a wonderful experience working with this firm. They were very helpful whenever I had a question about my case, and were always polite, professional and knowledgeable regarding their answers. My case has been approved, I got my new document from USCIS, and all is taken care of. The help of the firm really relieved me of a lot of stress. When the time comes, I will be contacting this firm again to help me through the citizenship application process.

Dear Clayton Morrison, Thank you for your reply. The funny thing is, I never had the chance to talk to you or any other attorney. I called your office once, & the receptionist said that she will get back to me about my problem. When I politely called the second time to follow up, the same receptionist talked to me in a condescending tone, had no recollection or record whatsoever about my previous call, & basically told me that you guys cannot help me. I would have understood & would have taken that message just fine if this was communicated to me nicely the first time. The issue is that it wasn't. I feel like I wasted quite some time waiting for an answer when I could've taken that time to pursue another option. To make matters worse, I was talked down to by the receptionist when this message was delivered, who made me feel like I was stupid to even try calling & feel like I was a major inconvenience. I originally did not want to go into further detail about my experience, but it looks like I do not have a choice. Otherwise, I will be accused of something I did not do. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very rude, ignorant, & incompetent customer service. They can't even get their facts straight. If you can't help someone with their problem or don't know the answer to their question, the least you could do is be nice about it instead of talking down to that person. Why is that so hard to do?

Affordable law center has by far the greatest paralegals and lawyer. Vanessa took care of my parents case along with Lawyer Vanderwall and her care and commitment was astonishing. Never did we feel like she didn’t care or that we were just another client. We got to know each other personally and she’s someone now that we consider as more than a paralegal, but a friend. She always made time for us and made sure that we felt certainty and heard.They always have time to answer questions or concerns and if they don’t, they’re just an email away. 10/10 recommend Vanderwall Immigration.

Going through a divorce with a mediator (qualified attorney) representing both sides was so less painful and less expensive than I had expected! If you need to get a divorce, make the experience the best it can be with Cynthia!

Cynthia is fantastic! She has always taken care of my family and I throughout the years and she's great to work with! Couldn't imagine going through all the craziness without her!

Cynthia was amazing council through the most difficult time in my life. It was a very long, complicated case and she was always compassionate and empathetic to the well being of both myself and my child. Her advice and direction gave me hope and once my case was completed, my life prospered! I can never thank her enough for all that she has done for us.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was lied to about how much it would cost and then the process stretched over 7 months - all the while I was being charged over 50% more than originally negotiated. Get everything in writing. The standard boilerplate retainer you sign once agreeing to representation is the only thing you can trust to be accurate - nothing said verbally means anything. Integrity is lacking at this law firm and I have made a formal complaint with my EAP who gave me the referral to not send other folks here due to dubious business practices.
