I had the best experience with Vanderwall immigration. Today I'm a USA citizen and my husband is finally home and a legal resident. Everything was perfect, no delays, no errors. Paula always made sure everything was done exact and precise and she always made this process smooth and stress free. We are very pleased and grateful and recommend their services to everyone.

Vanderwall immigration is an excellent law firm! The attorneys and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. From the first phone call I felt like they cared about me and my situation. They answered all of my questions so that I could fully understand the process and the fees. You provide your personal documents, and they take care of everything else. They know what they are doing and they care about their clients! Great team!

If you want to spend 6,500 for them
To help with a k1 application go for it. They also wont tell you the price tell you pay them 150 to talk with them, so i will. Its 6,500 for the k1 129f app. And 11,500! for the green card included. This price is 6x more then the other places i have talked to and the company i am using now. I hope i can save someone the hassle of paying them to tell you the outrageous price.

Wasn’t satisfied with my visit, the office was empty not professional, set all the way. Looked scratchy. Straight to asking questions, almost as if I was being investigated by an officer. I intarigated, then instead that I give my finger prints, that would cost of course. , she had No paperwork prepared: information, pamphlets to take home read look over. Nothing. Was being demanded to give criminal records, I had no criminal records. , basically broke the agreement: that I had 30 days to think about it and agree to move forward with the case. ALl in all I was not satisfied with my appointment. Wasted money, Maybe for others : I wasn’t convinced I’ll find another.
Advice to anyone get your research, information on detailed before you go to any appointment , talk to people and friends and family go online for more information. dealing with this type situation. Good luck.

Jennifer Navarro is the absolute best she is always ready to answer my questions regarding my husbands case. She walked us through every step regarding our Juarez trip and helped us set up the folders and responded to our emails quickly when we were down in Juarez. She even helped us by securing a safe place for us to stay. I highly recommend her. Thanks again Jennifer and all that you do for our Latin community.
Love the Morfin Family!

Met the attorney one time everything else 100% the paralegals handled. If you ever have a question you do not get that personal relationship with the attorney she’s basically just the name of the company. You basically pay to make sure all the paperwork is submitted. All the paperwork is done on your own very standard you pay a lot of money just to have a paralegal review it. Come interview day nothing I was advised to take was asked for and everything I was asked for we were not prepared for. We ended up paying twice for medical exams that are over $200 because the attorney/ paralegal told us it was ok and uscis told us no that we had to review the notes and do what the surgeon put on notes! We didn’t know we had to look at that since no one advised us. therefore the money came out of our pockets a second time to redo a surgeons medical exam. Was misquoted at the start and almost had to pay additional luckily I take notes so it was taken care of. At the end we got our end goal but basically check your own paperwork don’t depend on the attorney or paralegal. What really helped me was my friend is a paralegal so she guided us a lot. It’s great to get an attorney just to be sure but if I ever had to redo anything I’d go elsewhere. To pay that much and have this many errors didn’t sit right with me. Overall it was average experience. Paula was great and she always answered all my worries maybe it was the sudden change in paralegal and them having to deal with many unknown cases truly don’t know. As someone who used to work in a courthouse filing paperwork I was through but that’s because I knew what to look for and ultimately I knew if a judge rejected something it was because I failed to ensure the client did their part. We were also lucky the uscis officer was kind and made copies of the stuff we didn’t have. fyi I printed our whole case because I like to be prepared.
