I hired Giselle to assist me in a dissolution of marriage. This is generally not an easy process but Giselle and her team of professionals provided me with the best quality and care while keeping me informed the entire way. They were communicative and ensured no questions were left unanswered. The judgement was finally determined through mediation, a process that included Giselle by my side helping me make the most sound decisions. Ultimately the case was resolved amicably through the mediation process. Without her, this would not have been the case. Should I need legal support in the future, I will definitely call Giselle again.

I hired Giselle from Baxter Harder, She did amazing handling my divorce and custody. The communication with her was wonderful, she was very easy to talk to and she was very good at explaining and helping me understand everything that was confusing to me on paper. She worked so hard to help me get full custody of my child. I’m definitely a happy client. I would recommend her to anybody going through divorce or custody battles and will definitely hire her again if needed.

I hired Giselle Garcia from the office of Jared Reid to represent me in a child custody case. It was a complete disaster, frankly. She had zero presence in the court room. Didn't ask the witnesses ANY questions and would instead turn to me and say "do you have any questions for them?". She was COMPLETELY unprepared. I was mortified! She never offered advice leading up to the trial, instead stating "it's up to you", or "you can always file for custody again later if you lose". In my opinion based on my experience with Giselle she has absolutely NO business being an attorney. Needless to say, I lost custody of my son and it forever changed my life. I honestly lose sleep over this every single night, I replay the disaster that played out in court and am now seeing a therapist to just get me through this nightmare. Please heed my advice and look elsewhere for a competent attorney who will not only advocate for you, but guide you through the process with knowledge and adequate advice.
