Tim Williams is a compassionate, brilliant attorney. He listens, thoroughly researches, and gives your case the time and attention it deserves. He is an excellent settlement negotiator, as well as a shark trial attorney. I highly recommend him!

Ok let me just say these guys and gals are amazing I had the honor of meeting and working with Arne and Amanda. They took on my case and got policy limits. I never felt like a number always felt like a friend. There communication is top notch and they worked really hard and fast on my case. I will recommend them to everyone.

Contact & Retain this firm! Backstory: I am a family man. I was a business owner - the breadwinner of/for the family. I was a passenger in a life threatening auto collision, struck by an uninsurred driver with a suspended license who was late for work. His reckless, thoughtless and safety system failures in my compartment (2016 vehicle) combined to kill me; requiring 3 medical resuscitations, and a flight to the hospital where I did an over 2 month stint. In January 2013, I slipped and fell on ice at the resort where I live, causing injuries to both of my knees and a hip, requiring four orthopedic surgery's to correct. I was in an auto accident and used Arnie cherkoss. Although having xrays and mri that showed no visible injuries, I was in pain and went through a year of treatment. Arnie warned me that this was a bit tougher case since there were no visible injuries. When the opposing insurance company gave their top offer I let arnie know I was not satisfied so he went back to work. When he couldn't get any more money he actually forfeited a portion of his share to get me what what I thought I deserved! I would recommend him to anyone and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result!

Tim Williams, from the moment I met was a man I instantly liked. I was gravitated to his black-and-white attitude. Sugarcoating nothing. It was a stressful situation and he made it as bearable as possible. Making himself available to me and any questions I might have. (Even over a couple of weekends.) Tim is a straight shooter and let me know what I could realistically expect. And he was right on with everything he told me. He could not have prepared me any better. My first impression of Mr. Williams was that he is very well-groomed, courteous and not bad looking. I also quickly learned that he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and how to utilize that to my best interest. During each conversation I was always treated with the utmost respect and received many genuine requests regarding both my physical and emotional well being; which made me feel like he really cared for me like as a real person and I was not just another client.
